After receiving his BS in Accounting from Boston College, Bill spent 8 years in the audit and tax departments of Haskins & Sells (remember them?). In 1971 Bill moved over to Russell, Brier & Co. bringing a broad range of knowledge and experience handling both business and individual clients’ needs. Today, as Senior Partner of the firm, Bill continues to manage our clients’ broad range of personal tax and financial affairs. He also acts as Trustee and Executor for many who have come to rely on his advice to provide for their families’ needs.
On December 31, 2009, after 38 years leading the firm and working with clients, Bill officially retired as a partner of the firm. He continues many of his relationships developed over the years as an advisor to the firm and to many clients as confidant, trustee and executor. Bill continues to maintain his office at Russell, Brier & Co. on a limited schedule.
