Bill joined Russell, Brier & Co. in 1982 having already obtained several years of public accounting experience in another prominent local firm. Shortly after arriving, Bill received his JD which complemented his substantial knowledge in helping individual clients with their personal income tax affairs. More importantly, his knowledge and dedication to the fundamentals of fiduciary and estate tax compliance have gained him the admiration and confidence of individuals and other professional firms in the field. Bill became a partner of the firm in 1987.
